124. Maligne, nichtcarcinomatöse Tumoren des Magens

Summary

In 13 patients with a lymphosarcoma of the stomach the diagnosis was obtained preoperatively in 7 cases by directed gastroscopic biopsy. The macroscopic claBification of Gütgemann and Schreiber is useful for prognosis of survival. Histopathologically the tumors were claBified as malignant non-Hodgkin lymphomas according to Lennert. A therapeutic schedule based on radical surgery, radiation, and combined chemotherapy is presented. Clinical staging and grade of malignancy of the lymphoma determine the therapeutic management.

Bei 13 Patienten mit einem Lymphosarkom des Magens wurde die Diagnose präoperativ in 7 Fällen durch gezielte gastroskopische Biopsie gestellt. Das makroskopische EinteilungBchema von Gütgemann u. Schreiber erweist sich als wertvoll für die Prognose. Die pathologisch-histologische Differenzierung erfolgt nach der Kieler KlaBsifikation der malignen NonHodgkin-Lymphome. Ein therapeutisches Konzept, basierend auf radikaler Chirurgie, Strahlentherapie und kombinierter Chemotherapie, wird vorgestellt. ErkrankungBtadium und Malignitätsgrad des Lymphoms bestimmen die Therapie.
