123. Begleitkomplikationen bei bilio-digestiven Fisteln

Summary

The reason for admission of 35 of 50 patients with biliodigestive fistulas were complications, the most frequent being gallstone-ileus, duodenal stenosis caused by gallstones, cholangitis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. The treatment of choice is surgical, attention being directed toward complications. As gallstones are the cause of most fistulas. we recommend early treatment and removal of the gallstones.

Zusammenfassung

Grund der Klinikaufnahme bei 35 von 50 Patienten mit bilio-digestiven Fisteln war eine Komplikation. Diese bestanden in Gallensteinileus, Duodenalstenose durch einen Gallenstein, Cholangitis und oberer gastro-intestinaler Blutung. Das Vorgehen ist chirurgisch, wobei die Behandlung der Komplikation im Vordergrund steht. Da Ursache der meisten Fisteln Gallensteine sind, empfehlen wir die frühe Sanierung des Steinleidens.
