Lack of carcinogenic action of 7-methylguanine in rats

Summary

Subcutaneous and intravenous injections of 7-methylguanine (single dose: 1 mg/animal/twice weekly; total dose: 212 mg/animal) showed no carcinogenic action in BR 46 rats. The medium life span of the experimental groups corresponded to that of the controls.

Zusammenfassung

Subcutane und intravenöse Injektionen von 7-Methylguanin (Einzeldosis: 1 mg/Tier/2 x Woche; Gesamtdosis: 212 mg/Tier) wirkten bei BR 46-Ratten nicht cancerogen. Die mittlere Lebenserwartung der Versuchstiere entsprach der der Kontrollen.
