Abstract
We introduce a new jet measure, tripodityD 3, which offers good prospects to identify four-jet events ine + e − annihilation into hadrons. TheoreticalD 3 distributions are presented for quantum chromodynamics, for an abelian model and for a phase space distribution of four jets.
