Summary
The capillary microscopy in the ultraviolet range has been improved by the development of image-converting systems. It became possible to make spectrophotometric measurements in the short wavelength range. For this purpose we constructed an object chamber, suited for transparent tissues under optimal microscopic illumination. The details of the chamber and the technique of the tissue preparation (rat's mesenterium) are described.
