Oligonucleotide fingerprints of the RNAs from infectious pancreatic necrosis virus

Summary

T1-RNase oligonucleotide fingerprints indicated that the two species of RNA from infectious pancreatic necrosis virus were unrelated. Both RNAs had a GC content of 54 per cent.
