Termolecular recombination rate, microscopic reversibility and faddeev theory

Abstract

Exact Faddeev theory and microscopic reversibility are applied to the description of termolecular recombination in a model system of three helium-like atoms. Our results indicate that experimentally determined values of k3(T) can be reproduced.
