The synthesis of 2,2,24- trisubstituted oxetanes as new azole antifungal agents
Synthesis and biological activities of cis- and trans- 2,2,4-trisubstituted oxetanes are described. The key diol intermediates exhibited exceptionally good in vitro and in vivo antifungal activity.
