Abstract

An experiment has been made in which localization and accumulation of neutral sodium atoms were achieved with the aid of the LID phenomenon and magnetic field. Xenon was used as a buffer gas. The degree of increase of the concentration of sodium vapor in a detection region was greater then 103.
