Spin waves in a re-entrant spin glass FexMn1−xTiO3

Abstract

We report systematic measurements of spin wave excitations in a well-characterized antiferromagnetic-based re-entrant spin glass system FexMn1-xTiO3. For the re-entrant spin glass sample, with x-0.60, no softening was observed. The nature of excitation spectra is controlled by the degree of disorder through the geometrical correlation lenght.
