Integrated the Brillouin region is using 5 × 5 × 1 Monkhorst-pack grids to obtain accurate energy and structure [2,24]. We constructed a 4 × 4 × 1 single supercell for DFT calculation to avoid layer-to-layer interactions, including 32 S and 16 Sn atoms [25,26]. The distance between layers is greater than 25 Å [27].
