Determination of charge states, wavelengths and lifetimes for unidentified transitions in calcium

Abstract

We have studied four unidentified spectral lines in calcium using the beam-foil technique. Wavelengths and lifetimes were determined. Charge states were established for two of the lines. Methods for charge-state determination are discussed.
