If a liquid sample is placed under a beam without having been preliminary dessicated, then a continuous mixing is required here to prevent a concentration gradient of a dissolved material because of gravitation [5]. A sample preparation procedure (homogenization, drying, mixing with other materials) leads to ambiguity of final results.
