A low-volume, high-pressure gas target for use in electron-scattering experiments

Abstract

A thin-window, low-volume, high-pressure gas-target cell suitable for use in high-resolution electron-scattering investigations is described. Details of the design and construction as well as the results of several tests are discussed.
