The upgraded photon tagging facility at the MAX IV Laboratory
2013, Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research, Section A: Accelerators, Spectrometers, Detectors and Associated EquipmentCitation Excerpt :The time structure of the time spectrum is the result of the influence of the RF kicker magnet used for extraction, and the incomplete filling of the ring during injection. A similar structure was observed before the upgrade [30]. In this experiment the frequency of the RF kicker was 3.3 MHz resulting in a structure appearing every 305 ns with an additional structure appearing 108 ns from the structures referred to.
