2014, Annals of Nuclear EnergyCitation Excerpt :The comparisons of the calculated elastic scattering angular distributions and the experimental data (Al-Ohali et al., 2012) at incident neutron energies from 7.96 to 18.9 MeV for n + 32S reactions are given in Fig. 4. The calculated elastic scattering angular distributions for n + 32S reactions are compared with the experimental data (Yamanouti and Tanaka, 1977; Alarcon and Rapaport, 1986; Rapaport et al., 1977; Olsson et al., 1987; Winfield et al., 1986) for 32S and natural sulfur at incident neutron energies above 20.0 MeV as shown in Fig. 5. The experimental data at neutron incident energies of 21.6, 26.0, 30.3 and 40.3 are for n + nat.S reactions.
