Abstract

Two isomeric states with Jπ = 8 and 6+ have been identified in 112In by pulsed-beam 112Cd(p, n)and 109Ag(α, n) reactions. The following decay mode has been established: 8(262.7 keV, M2)6+(187.8 keV, E2)4+. The DPAD method and melted targets have been used to measure the g-factors. The results of the measurements are for 8(Ex = 606.0 keV): T12 = 2.81 ± 0.03 μs, g = + 0.385 ± 0.004 and for 6+(Ex = 343.3 keV): T12 = 0.69 ± 0.05 μs, g = + 0.675 ± 0.006.
