Finite range parameters for stripping reactions in the 1s shell

Abstract

The normalization factor D0 and the finite range parameter β used in the DWBA analysis of one-nucleon stripping reactions induced by 1s shell projectiles were calculated, representing the overlap function by an Eckart wave function with correct asymptotic normalization. We find that β decreases with increasing mass of the projectile.
