Désintégration radioactive du 186Ta

Abstract

The decay of 186Ta leading to 186W excited states has been studied with Ge(Li) detectors for the γ-ray spectra and with anthracene and plastic detectors for the β-ray spectra. Three β-groups of maximum energies about 1740, 2240 and 2620 keV and 42 γ-rays are observed. The β-γ and γ-γ coincidence measurements are carried out whenever this is possible. A level scheme with 14 excited states is proposed for 186W.
