Abstract

The vector and tensor analyzing powers for deuteron-proton elastic scattering have been measured at 3.0, 5.0, 7.0, 10.0 and 13.0 MeV deuteron energy for c.m. angles from 22.6° to 165°. Additional results to 9° c.m. have been obtained for T20 and show a marked negative minimum near 20° c.m. Proton analyzing powers have also been measured at 2.5, 3.5, 5.0 and 6.5 MeV proton energy from 15° to 170° c.m.
