A review of charm and dilepton production by neutrinos and antineutrinos is presented. A brief status of same sign dileptons is given followed by a detailed review of opposite sign data. Combined results for the three experiments, CCFR, CDHS and FMMF, are used to extract the strange sea content in the nucleon, and the CKM matrix element, |Vcd| = .204 ± .012. Preliminary results from the CCFR collaboration show that the x distribution of the strange sea is softer than the and sea and that the slow rescaling model describes the energy dependence of the charm cross section well with a charm mass of mc = 1.34 ± 0.33GeV/c2.
