Abstract
Apomorphine (2–30 μM) inhibits lysophosphatidyl-serine-dependent histamine release in rat and mouse peritoneal mast cells. The drug-induced inhibition is influenced by the concentration of lysophosphatidylserine. Log concentration-response curves show a surmountable type of antagonism between the two compounds.
