Zusammenfassung

Zwei Klassen von Polyribosomen wurden von menschlichen Thrombozyten isoliert. Diese Polysome synthetisierten myosin- und actinähnliche Proteine in einem zellfreien System. Isolierung und Reinigung dieser Eiweisskörper zeigten deren Bildung in einer nativen Form an. Analyse der polysomalen Grösse indizierte die Synthese dieser Proteine an monocystronischen RNA-Molekülen.
