Zusammenfassung

Versuche mit14C-markiertem Carcinogen MNNG ergaben an Ratten nach einmaliger Verabreichung der Substanz eine vorwiegend über die Niere erfolgende Elimination. Die Metabolite von MNNG in Verknüpfung mit verschiedenen Stoffwechselstufen und ihre Verteilung im Gewebe wurden näher verfolgt.
