Abstract:

Correlation between B(E1, 1 1→ 0+ g.s.) and B(E1, 3 1→ 2+ 1) values are considered within microscopic QRPA approach. General arguments for a dependence of a ratio between these values on a collectivity of the 2+ 1 and 3 1 phonons and ground state correlations are provided.
