Summary
Mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody to human chorionic gonadotropin from ascites fluid was purified by one-step hydroxylapatite chromatography. The purified monoclonal antibody is over 90% yield and essentially free of contaminating mouse IgG found in ascites fluid.
