Abstract
The DPAC technique was applied to investigate the temperature dependence of the hyperfine interaction of140Ce nuclei in yttrium metal. A weak damping of the anisotropy was observed, which is interpreted as a result of the short spin fluctuation timet c for the Ce ions.
