Kinetic, conductivity and ESR studies of superconducting Y−Ba−Cu−O ceramics with controlled oxygen content

Abstract

The activation energy Ea of oxygen evolution from the YBa2Cu3O7−/gs ceramics has been measured for σ ranging from 0 to 0.2. In the σ range from 0.15 to 0.18 oxygen is fairly homogeneous and its evolution is characterized by Ea=(36±3) kcal/mol. Temperature dependence of a low-field ESR signal of the ceramics have been studied at a frequency of 9.3 KHz nearby TC.

Измерена энергия активации Ea выхода кислорода из керамики YBa2Cu3O7-δ для значений δ от 0 до 0,2. Показано, что в интервале δ от 0,006 до 0,15–0,18 кислород достаточно однороден и характеризуется Ea=(36±3) ккал/моль. Изучены температурные зависимости низкополевого сигнала ЭПР этих керамик на частоте 9,3 КГц вблизи Tc.
