Abstract
High spin states of128Ba have been investigated by means of the OSIRISγ-spectrometer with 6 asymmetric anti-compton shields and one additional germanium detector. The110Pd(22Ne, 4n) reaction was used at 96 MeV. Several new high spin states and a new band have been established. The onset of the ph 2/211 nh 2/211 4 quasiparticle band has possibly been found.
