Zusammenfassung

1. Unter selbst kleinen Cortison-Dosen (täglich 1–2 mg/kg Prednison per os) heilt eine D-Mangelrachitis des Säuglings ab.

2. Cortisonacctat intramuskulär wirkt bei einer Dosis von 40–100 mg/kg/Tag der Entstehung einer experimentellen Rattenrachitis bei gleichzeitigem Wachstumsstillstand entgegen.
