Zusammenfassung
Beim gesunden Menschen läßt sich durch orale Verabreichung von Glucose bzw. Fructose ein beschleunigender Effekt auf die Mentholglucuronidbildung erzielen.
Beide Zucker führen innerhalb der ersten beiden Stunden nach der oralen Belastung mit Menthol zu einer gleichstarken Zunahme der Glucuronidausscheidung im Harn, die um etwa 50% höher liegt als im Leerversuch.
Der Glucuronidgehalt des Serums wird gegenüber dem Leerversuch nur durch die Fructose eindeutig erhöht.
Für die Glucose muß bei geringerem Einfluß auf die Glucuronidbildung in der Leber ein zusätzlicher Einfluß auf die Nieren angenommen werden.
Die unterschiedliche Wirkungsweise der beiden Zucker bei der Glucuronidbildung wird diskutiert.
