Zusammenfassung
Bei Zusatz von Lysolecithin in einer 7–8 mM Endkonzentration zu Hirnhomogenaten erfolgt eine Vermehrung des wasserlöslichen, extrahierbaren Proteins um den Faktor 3–5.
Die elektrophoretische Wanderung der Hirnproteine wird verändert.
Eine wesentliche Denaturation der extrahierten Proteine durch den Lysolecithinzusatz tritt nicht ein. Als Beweis dafür wurden Messungen der enzymatischen Aktivitäten herangezogen.
Die Ergebnisse der erhobenen Befunde werden in ihrer möglichen Bedeutung für die Entmarkungskrankheiten diskutiert.
