Die Heparinelimination während extrakorporaler Dialyse

Zusammenfassung

Bei 38 extrakorporalen Dialysen oligoanurischer Patienten wurde die Heparinelimination mittels quantitativer Bestimmung des Heparingehaltes im Patientenblut geprüft. Die Heparinelimination folgt innerhalb der ersten Dialysestunden einer e-Funktion, wobei 60% des zugeführten Heparins in den ersten 3 Std eliminiert werden. Bei 7 Normalpersonen, die zur Kontrolle mit etwa der gleichen einmaligen Heparindosis belastet wurden, ergab sich derselbe Heparinkonzentrationsabfall im Blut wie bei niereninsuffizienten, oligo-anurischen Patienten während extrakorporaler Dialyse.

Summary

In 38 extracorporeal dialyses of oligo-anuric patients the heparin elimination was tested by quantitative determination of the heparin contents in the patient's blood. The elimination of heparin follows in the first few hours an e-function, whereby 60% of the added heparin will be eliminated within the first 3 hours. In 7 normal persons, who for control, were tested with about the same single dose of heparin, the same decrease in the concentration of heparin in the blood was observed, as in patients with renal insufficiency and oligoanuria during extracorporeal dialysis.
