Zusammenfassung

Durch Anwendung der Gelfiltrationstechnik lassen sich die Serumeiweißkörper einfach nach ihren Molekulargewichten sortieren und die Diagnose von Störungen der Serumeiweißzusammensetzung einfach und rasch im Hinblick auf Makroglobulinämien sowie Plasmocytomkrankheiten usw. differenzieren. Es wird über die Entwicklung und Anwendung der Technik berichtet.

Summary

By means of gel filtration technique plasma proteins can be fractionated according to their molecular weight. By this procedure disorders of plasma proteins (macroglobulinaemia, plasmocytome etc.) can simply and quickly be differentiated. The development and application of this method is reported.
