Amyloid-Nachweis in der Haut bei Mycosis fungoides

Zusammenfassung

Der von mehreren Autoren angegebene spezifische polarisationsoptische Kongorot-Nachweis für Amyloid wurde an der Haut von zwölf Fällen mit Mycosis fungoides geführt. Während die Darstellung des Amyloids im Hellfeld nicht gelang, konnte mit dieser Tcchnik die typische grüne anomale Polarisationsfarbe an Faserstrukturen bei allen Fällen nachgewiesen und der sog. perikollagenen Amyloidose zugeordnet werden.

Summary

The polarizing optical congo-red proof of amyloid suggested as specific by several authors was performed in the skin of twelve cases with Mycosis fungoides. While the trial to demonstrate amyloid in the ordinary-light microscope was a failure with the polarizing technic a typical green anomalous polarization colour along the fibrillar structures in all cases was observed these structures thus being revealed as amyloid of the so-called peri-collagen type.
