Nachweis von α-Methylnoradrenalin im Harn von Hypertonikern während einer Behandlung mit α-Methyldopa

Zusammenfassung

Während einer antihypertensiven Therapie mit α-Methyldopa wird im Harn α-Methylnoradrenalin ausgeschieden; gleichzeitig sinkt die Noradrenalin-Ausscheidung ab. Diese Veränderungen sind der Blutdrucksenkung zeitlich korreliert.

Summary

In hypertensive subjects administration of α-methyldopa resulted in urinary excretion of α-methyl noradrenaline. Simultaneously, the urinary output of noradrenaline was diminished. These alterations were closely related to the time course of the decrease in blood pressure.
