Zusammenfassung
Unter Verwendung von 3-Amino-9-äthylcarbazol gelingt nach entsprechender Fixierung sowohl in Ausstrichen als auch in paraffineingebetteten Gewebsschnitten eine artefaktfreie Darstellung der Peroxydase in Blut- und Knochenmarkszellen.
Summary
Peroxydase activity in blood and bone marrow cells may be demonstrated by means of 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole, as well in properly fixed smears as in paraffine embedded tissue sections.
