Zusammenfassung
Freie Galaktose kommt im Liquor cerebrospinalis in einer Konzentration von 2,99 ± 1,78 mg-% vor. Patienten mit Virusmeningitis hatten den gleichen mittleren Galaktoseliquorgehalt. Durch Infusionsversuche konnte gezeigt werden, daß für Galaktose ebenfalls eine relative Impermeabilität der Hirn-Liquorschranke besteht.
Summary
The free galactose concentration in liquor cerebrospinales is 2,99 ± 1,79 mg-%. Patients with virus meningitis have the same average concentration of liquor galactose. Infusion tests stowed that there ist also a relative impermeability of the brain liquor range for galactose.
