Zusammenfassung

Es wird an Hand von 31 Hämodialysen bei 2 Patienten über erste Dialyseerfahrungen mit der punktierten subcutan verlagerten Arteria femoralis superficialis berichtet; Operationsmethode, Punktionstechnik und Bedeutung des neuen Verfahrens werden skizziert.

Summary

A preliminary report is presented describing a new access to the circulation of the patient for chronic hemodialysis (puncture of the surgically elevated superficial femoral artery). Decription of surgical procedure and technique of arterial puncture for dialysis. Advantages and disadvantages of the new method are discussed.
