Über den Einfluß von Pyridoxin und Pyridoxal-5-phosphat auf den Thiosemicarbazid-Krampf der Ratte

Zusammenfassung

Durch Thiosemicarbazid, wie durch Isonicotinsäurehydrazid läßt sich die Anfälligkeit von Ratten für audiogene Krämpfe erhöhen. Während die Steigerung der Krampfbereitschaft durch Thiosemicarbazid von Pyridoxin und von Pyridoxal-5-phosphat weitgehend aufgehoben wird, war es nicht möglich die konvulsive Wirkung von INH durch diese Substanzen zu beeinflussen.
