Zur Nachweismethodik von antithrombozytären Substanzen im Plasma von Thrombopenie-Patienten

Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe eines Retraktionshemmungsversuches gelang es bei 17 von insgesamt 68 Patienten-Blutproben antithrombozytäre Substanzen nachzuweisen. Besonders häufig werden solche Substanzen bei essentiellen Thrombopenien und erworbenen hämolytischen Anämien beobachtet. Hingegen gelang es nicht, bei diesen Fällen Hemmkörper der Plasmakinase nachzuweisen.
