Abstract
Vapor phase dye lasers pumped by a nitrogen laser are described using the dyes POPOP, α-NPO, BBO, and 1.2.-di-(5.-methyl-2.-benzoxazolyl)ethylene. Absorption spectra and spontaneous fluorescence spectra and vapor pressure curves are given for several dyes.
