Zusammenfassung

Eine Chromosomenuntersuchung bei prämaturer Menopause ist sinnvoll, da etwa bei 10% dieser Patientinnen eine Chromosomenaberration vorliegt. X-Aneuploidien in niedriger Frequenz sind wahrscheinlich nur von klinischer Bedeutung, wenn mehr als eine Zelle aneuploid ist und die Patientin unter 40 Jahre alt ist.
