Zusammenfassung
ER und PR wurde in a priori Steroidrezeptor negativen Hautfibroblasten nach Kokultur mit BG1 Ovarialkarzinomzellen induziert. Dies wurde auf der mRNA Ebene mittelsin situ Hybridisierung sowie auf der Protein Ebene mit Hilfe der Immunhistochemie gezeigt. Die Existenz parakrin wirksamer ER und PR induzierender Faktoren (ER-IF und PR-IF) wird postuliert.
