Summary

The discelectrophoretic separations of human parotid saliva are examined by immunelectrophoretic investigations. Thereby specific findings in different pathological changes of the parotid glands are found and discussed. The immunelectrophoretic examination gives moreover the possibility of identification of certain proteins by testing various antisera.
