92. Kombinierte Ein- und Abflußkatheter als Spül-Saugdrainage

Summary

Cleansing of the peritoneal area is mot frequently unsuccessful because of failure to take into account (1) the mechanism of the system of fluid movement in the peritoneum and (2) premature malfunctioning of the drainage tubes. Sufficient drainage tubes for irrigation-aspiration should be situated in the areas most suitable for fistulas or abscesses, bearing in mind the movement systems of intraperitoneal fluids. By means of catheter expressly made for combined irrigation-aspiration, the enteric fistulas and isolated abscesses can be effectively cleansed.

Zusammenfassung

Das Mißachten der Verlagerungsdynamik der Peritonealflüssigkeit und der frühzeitige Funktionsverlust der Drains sind die häufigsten Ursachen für die Uneffektivität der peritonealen Spülung. Spül Saugdrainagen müssen nach den Verlagerungsprinzipien der Peritonealflüssigkeit, an den bevorzugten Entstehungsstellen von Fisteln bzw. Abscessen in ausreichender Zahl gelegt werden. Mit unserem selbstangefertigten kombinierten Ein- und Abflußkatheter wird eine effektive Dauerspülung von Fisteln bzw. Absceßhöhlen erzielt.
