Zusammenfassung
Bei 87 Sprague-Dawley-Ratten wurden experimentell gesetzte Organwunden (Haut, Leber, Niere, Knorpel, Knochen) nahtlos durch Methyl-2-Cyanoacrylat verschlossen. Nach Tötung der Tiere in verschiedenen Zeitabständen (24 Std; 3, 7, 14 Tage; 4 Wochen; 3 und 12 Monate) erfolgte auf Grund makroskopischer und histologischer Kriterien die Beurteilung des Heilverlaufes der geklebten Wunden. Unmittelbar nach Anwendung von Acrylat resultierten infolge des exothermen Polymerisationsvorganges ausgedehnte Nekrosebezirke. Histologische Befunde während der weiteren Wundheilung sprachen für eine persistierende Gewebsschädigung, welche möglicherweise mit dem Abbau der Fremdsubstanz zusammenhing. Bei längerer Beobachtungszeit kam es jedoch zur weitgehenden Reparation der Gewebsdefekte. Zweifellos bestehen aber gegen die routinemäßige Anwendung von Klebstoffen noch erhebliche Bedenken.
