Summary

Zusammen mit einer Sammelstatistik der Deutschen AO wurden 245 distale intraarticuläre Humerusfrakturen ausgewertet. Verfahrenswahl. Operation in Bauchlage des Patienten, dorsaler Zugang (60 %), Olecranonosteotomie (52 %), Rekonstruktion mit verschiedenen Implantaten. Bei schwerer Weichteilverletzung temporär Fixateur externe.
