Experimentelle Untersuchungen zur Chemosensibilität von Impftumoren bei unterschiedlicher Transplantationslokalisation

Experimental investigations about the chemosensibility of transplantation tumors at different sites of transplantation

Summary

The inoculation of transplantation tumors at different sites resulted in different chemotherapeutic responses to cyclophosphamide. For the Yoshida-sarcoma, depending on the inoculation sites, the chemosensitivity after application of 10 mg/kg cyclophosphamide decreased in this order: subcutis, lung, muscle, peritoneal cavity, kidney, brain.
