Koniotomie

Fallbeispiel: Ein Fahrradfahrer fährt ohne Bremsen eine längere Bergstrecke herab und erleidet beim Auftreffen auf die gegenüberliegende Hauswand unter anderem schwerste Gesichtsverletzungen. Der Notarzt entschließt sich bei Schnappatmung und völlig fehlenden anatomischen Leitstrukturen im Oropharynx zur Koniotomie.
